Flexible installation
AXIS F44 Main Unit supports up to four AXIS F sensor units, capable of monitoring four adjacent areas. The host can be installed in a sheltered area, and the sensor unit can be installed in a narrow indoor location or an outdoor location up to 8, 12, or 15 meters (26, 39, or 49 feet), depending on whether the sensor unit and cable accessories stand by. The robust and feature-rich AXIS F44 Main Unit is suitable for different demanding applications, including shops, ATM machines, emergency vehicles, buses and trams.
Covering four areas, economical and efficient
AXIS F44 provides a simple and cost-effective multi-screen monitoring solution that simultaneously streams images from four different areas through an Ethernet port. The total installation cost of AXIS F44, four sensing components, and other system components may be lower than the cost of a system that includes four co***rable standard network cameras.
For example, because the number of ports required is reduced, the cost of the network switch may be lower. If the video management software (VMS) regards AXIS F44 as requiring one license instead of four, the license fee for VMS can also be reduced. Co***red with traditional camera solutions, the overall installation and arrangement of these components may also be easier and more flexible. In addition, the versatile AXIS F44 supports two full-size SD card slots for local storage of recorded content, so it also brings a set of high-performance stand-alone solutions.
Two viewfinder modes
Each channel of AXIS F44 supports 1080p or 720p view mode and multiple separately configured video streams. AXIS F44 is a combination of many two modes that can operate simultaneously between each channel.
